In May 2023, G Plan joined forces with furniture restorer and TV presenter Jay Blades on a collection that celebrates G Plan's shared passion for considered design and distinctive style.
The Jay Blades X G Plan collection offers a new perspective on timeless design, celebrating craftmanship and the unexpected details that make a piece of furniture truly unique.
The collection includes distinctive sofa and accent designs that blend G Plan's years of furniture expertise with Jay's signature creativity and flair to create furniture packed with personality and a sense of fun, designed with real life in mind.
Jay is a long-time admirer of the brand and G Plan has featured heavily throughout Jay's childhood and his furniture restorations journey.
Jay recalls if you had G Plan furniture back in the 70's and 80's it was almost like you had 'made it'.
So, with G Plan and Jay's shared passion for contemporary design and considered craftsmanship, as well as Jay's love, passion, and respect for G Plan - it was the perfect pairing.
