Where can I Click & Collect from?

Free Click & Collect is available at Downtown Grantham Site, Collection point 2 – which is at one end of our Furniture warehouse, and is well signposted. At Downtown Boston Superstore, collection is from our Customer Accounts office.

Can I buy or collect items not listed online?

Some in-store ranges (including fashion, school uniform and cosmetics) aren’t available online. Please contact us and we can arrange to take payment and prepare your order for collection.

Is Delivery available?

Yes, we can deliver nearly anything available in our stores or on our website. If you have any questions at all about delivery or collection, just contact us at online@downtownstores.co.uk; call 01476 512346 or use the Live chat feature on our site.
