* Please note; GRUBS boots are produced in standard U.K. sizes for men and women (unisex sizing) and available in whole sizes only, but will stretch to fit half sizes. There is a 15mm toe allowance built into the sizing to allow for wear of wellie socks etc.
* Please note that all Grubs footwear is treated with an anti-blooming agent, which acts to to protect the boots in transit and at storage / warehouse. The agent is odourless and a colourless oil, and it does evaporate over time leaving no stain or appearance. However from time to time, the inside of the box may be stained upon receipt.

Standard Delivery
Standard delivery is on those items that can be delivered by one person, and costs £5.95. This is free if you spend £60 or more. Delivery will take between 2 - 3 working days for in-stock items, and your item will be delivered by either DPD or Fedex. If you have any special delivery instructions, these can be left as notes during the checkout process.
Please be aware that we do not offer free returns, so unless there is a fault with your item, then you will be required to cover the cost of returning it to us, or for us to collect the item.
Next Day Delivery
Next working day delivery is available on selected items, that can be delivered by one person. The charge is £7.95. If the product qualifies for next day delivery, then the option will be available during the checkout process, and the order must be placed before 14:00 Monday - Friday.
Click & Collect In-Store
Click and Collect is free, and is available on most of our non-furniture items, although please note that some exceptions do apply. If the product qualifies, then the option will be offered during the checkout, after you have entered your billing details.
