This is provided by the ceramic high-performance sear burner on the side, which can reach temperatures of up to 900°C! This is where you perfect the crust and make it beautifully crispy with professional grill stripes.

The Professional PRO is solid and made from high-quality stainless steel. The high quality of the materials means that it is resistant to rust and weathering. The spacious interior of the grill can hold an 11kg gas bottle. For added safety and a great design touch, the LED lights on the temperature controllers glow red when the corresponding burner is switched on. A collapsible side table and the attached Gear Trax tool hooks provide an additional convenience factor when grilling by giving you more space for preparing food and ensuring that your tools are always to hand.

The grill is packaged without polystyrene and in FSC-certified, environmentally friendly cardboard packaging. The charcoal tray and smoker box from our practical MADE2MATCH system can be used to easily convert the Professional PRO into a charcoal grill or to add a smoker function.

Furniture/Two Person Delivery

A two-person delivery is required for furniture, appliances and items over 30kgs. This costs £35 to postcodes within our local store catchment (40 miles) and £60 to postcodes outside of our catchment. 

Our delivery service is a "white-glove" service, and we will deliver to your room of choice and take packaging away if required.

Delivery will take between 5 - 10 working days for in-stock items.  For items that are available to order, the delivery timescales will be confirmed in the checkout. 

Deliveries to some remote postcodes are possible, and carry an additional premium delivery charge. This will be charged in checkout, but please contact us if you have any questions. 

We also offer a basic furniture assembly service for most furniture items, the cost of this varies depending on the item requiring assembly and your location. Please contact us for more information.

Please note that we do not offer free returns, so unless there is a fault with your item, then you will be required to cover the cost of returning it to us, or for us to collect the item.

Please be aware of the order cancellation policy attached to furniture products, and in particular, that items configured to your choice attract a 25% restocking fee.  In addition, it is very important to know that if it is not possible to gain access to the room of choice, with the product, then the cost of that failed delivery is met by the customer.  If an item in this instance is made to your specification, then the order cancellation policy also applies. 

Click & Collect In-Store

Click and Collect is free, and is available on most of our non-furniture items, although please note that some exceptions do apply. If the product qualifies, then the option will be offered during the checkout, after you have entered your billing details.
