A1 Stamford Summerhouse

A glass filled gable holding sizeable 5ft double doors makes the Stamford a beautiful light-filled building. 

All six sizes use a 10ft wide gable to provide abundant internal space. 

Please note, the Summerhouse is pictured here with the optional 2ft 6inch veranda (including returns). This can be fitted as an optional extra but is not supplied as standard.

A choice of three different glazing options are available, either Georgian, Leaded or Clear.

• Summerhouses have a mortice lock.
• Doors and windows are mortice and tennoned.
• Floor and roof constructed using 16mm x 125mm Matchboard Tongue & Groove boarding.
• Sides are constructed using 16mm x 125mm Shiplap Tongue & Groove boarding.
• All side and roof framework smooth planed timber with rounded edges 38mm x 50mm.
• All buildings supplied with a floor. Excluding greenhouses.
• Floor joists spaced at no more than 300mm centres forming sturdy and strong base.
• Glazing supplied with horticultural glass to all windows and retained with glazing beads.
• Supplied pre-treated internally and externally with a factory base coat using a high-quality water-based anti-fungicide wood treatment in a light oak colour.
• Heavy duty poly mineral roofing felt is supplied with each building.
• Timber sourced from FSC or similar Approved Sources.

This product range is delivered and installed by the suppliers own team of experts. 

Delivery is FREE, and you will be contacted by the company when your order is ready to be delivered and installed. They will then agree a suitable day with you.  Please note that appropriate preparation would be necessary to ensure that it is possible to assemble and construct the product. The supplier will confirm the requirements. 

Please be aware that we do not offer free returns, so unless there is a fault with your item, then you will be required to cover the cost of returning it to us, or for us to collect the item
