Lamp Shades

As a general rule of thumb of how to measure your lamp shade - it should be at least double the width of your base, with oversized shades becoming increasingly popular as statement pieces. Lamp shade heights tend to be at a ratio of around 40% shade to 60% base, although this will vary depending on the type of lamp. There are also a few other factors that you should consider when making your purchase:
