We are seeking a Sales Assistant to work on our beds and bedrooms departments at weekends.

You will focus on offering excellent customer service in a busy and varied environment, building rapport with customers, and delivering expert product recommendations on high value items to maximise sales opportunities.  You will also undertake general housekeeping within your area and till work, as required. 

You will be at an advantage if you have relevant retail experience.  This is not essential, and training will be provided as required.

Hours worked are 12 per week worked on Saturdays and Sundays.  Flexibility is key and you should be occasionally available to work varying shift patterns and differing days if required.

Sales Assistants

Do you have an interest in all things garden related?  If so, we would love to hear from you as you could be the Salesperson with the passion and helpful nature we’re looking for to join our Downtown Garden Centre.

We are seeking Sales Assistants, focussing on offering our customers excellent service on our busy till points, building rapport, interacting with customers, and delivering solutions to the individual customer’s needs.  You may also undertake replenishment tasks other housekeeping tasks and as required.

You will be a key team player, with superb communication skills and good levels of self-motivation. 

Hours are between 25 and 20 per week, working up to five days a week during store opening times, including weekends during our busiest times.

Childrens / Toys Sales Assistant

To play a key role in helping us sell our fantastic products at our Downtown Boston store, we are seeking a part-time Sales Assistant to join our Sales team working on our Toys and Children’s departments.

This varied and engaging role will focus on offering an excellent customer service in a busy environment, building rapport with customers, and delivering expert product recommendations on a range of products to maximise sales opportunities.

You must have great people skills and be passionate about offering customers a superb experience.  Previous experience working within retail or in a similar sales role would be beneficial, although full training will be provided. 

Hours are 24 per week usually worked during store opening times on four days out of seven including weekends.  A flexible approach to working days and times is required and you should be available to work varying days and additional hours if required.
