The Bertie Pillow Back Sofa Bed Corner Group is simple yet stylish with chunky arms and a casual pillow back cushion option. Available with a standard foam mattress with a three-fold metal action. Supplied with three scatter cushions.

ExtraFlex Foam Seat Interior - A high density foam base seat interior with a hand-rolled carded fibre, channelled topper which provides both softness and support. To improve the longevity of your hand-made furniture, we recommend rotating cushions (where applicable).

Available in a wide choice of stunning fabrics, from stylish plains to florals, stripes and on-trend geometric patterns. The fabrics come in different price bands, however all fabrics are approved for domestic use, exceeding British standards for wear, colour-fastness and performance. Please note that all scatter cushions are covered in the main body fabric on the reverse.

The feet are available in a choice of three wood finishes or a chrome finish. Please note, wood is a natural product and will vary in shade/colour from item to item. Feet may require fitting.

Furniture/Two Person Delivery

A two-person delivery is required for furniture, appliances and items over 30kgs. This costs £35 to postcodes within our local store catchment (40 miles) and £60 to postcodes outside of our catchment. 

Our delivery service is a "white-glove" service, and we will deliver to your room of choice and take packaging away if required.

Delivery will take between 5 - 10 working days for in-stock items.  For items that are available to order, the delivery timescales will be confirmed in the checkout. 

Deliveries to some remote postcodes are possible, and carry an additional premium delivery charge. This will be charged in checkout, but please contact us if you have any questions. 

We also offer a basic furniture assembly service for most furniture items, the cost of this varies depending on the item requiring assembly and your location. Please contact us for more information.

Please note that we do not offer free returns, so unless there is a fault with your item, then you will be required to cover the cost of returning it to us, or for us to collect the item.

Please be aware of the order cancellation policy attached to furniture products, and in particular, that items configured to your choice attract a 25% restocking fee.  In addition, it is very important to know that if it is not possible to gain access to the room of choice, with the product, then the cost of that failed delivery is met by the customer.  If an item in this instance is made to your specification, then the order cancellation policy also applies. 

You can choose to pay by finance on this product, enabling you to you spread the cost with either an Interest free option or an Interest bearing one. Once you add the product to your order, you can choose the “Apply for Finance" button, which is one of the payment options in the checkout. 

Interest Bearing Option

Choose this option if you want to spread your payments for up to 60 months!

• A minimum 10% deposit would be required
• You must take a minimum loan of £500.
• Then just choose the time period over which you want to pay the loan back.
• The monthly amount you need to pay, would be clearly demonstrated to you before you decide.

Interest Free Option

Choose this option if you want to avoid any interest charges on your loan amount.

• A minimum 20% deposit is required
• You must take a minimum loan of £500
• If you take a loan of between £500 and £1000, then you can only spread your payments over 12 months.
• If your loan is between £1000 and £2500, then you can choose to pay over 12 months OR 24 months
• If you borrow over £2500, then the payments can be spread to up to 36 months!

General Advice:

The performance of all fabrics can be improved by carefully vacuuming or brushing once a week.

Regular reversing and vigorous plumping of your cushions will minimise creasing and help maintain their shape. Chenille and velvet have a tendency to show pressure marks and creases. This tends to be more noticeable when sunlight is reflected on the arms, seats and inside backs of your upholstery. This is a natural characteristic and does not affect the durability of the fabric. Prolonged exposure to sunlight may cause permanent fading.

Sitting on the front edge of seats or arms will cause premature wear to your upholstery. Allowing children to jump on your upholstery will also cause damage. If you spill anything on your upholstery, it is essential that you remove it as quickly as possible. 

Care for Leather:

Each week wipe with a detergent free damp cloth. We recommend that surface coated hides have an application of hide polish every three months. If you have any doubts about the type of your leather, please contact our Customer Services Team on 03452 505502.

Leather is a natural product with differences in colour, marks in the folds of the skin, insect bites, scars and shading. When used, wrinkles and creases will form, this is a natural characteristic of leather, giving your suite a comfortable appearance.
