Divan Base Options:

• Platform Top - This base is upholstered in fabric. This type of base will provide a supportive feel to the mattress.
• Storage Drawers - Helpful for that little extra storage needed to tidy away spare blankets and sheets. Options include 2, 4 or 2 + 2 Continental drawers.
• Half Ottoman or End Opening Ottoman Base - An ingenious mechanism, using gas rams, assists with opening the ottoman when accessing your stored items. The half ottoman storage space is in the bottom half of the base, giving you the option of having 2 drawers in the top half. You can also choose a full end opening ottoman base, giving you maximum space to optimise storage within your bedroom.
• Glides - Stylish glides support the divan base adding a contemporary, luxury feel to any room.

Furniture/Two Person Delivery

A two-person delivery is required for furniture, appliances and items over 30kgs. 

We offer different delivery options, depending on where your delivery address is. Local store delivery is within 40 miles of our stores and is our own fleet. Outside of this, we use partner carriers.

Standard Local Delivery is to room of choice only, and costs £35.

Premium Local Delivery is to room of choice, unpack, removal of packaging, and basic assembly (i.e. feet on sofas). This costs £60.

Standard National Delivery is to the front door only, and costs £35.

Premium National Delivery is delivery to room of choice, unpack, removal of packaging and very basic assembly. This costs £60.

Premium+ National Delivery is everything you get with Premium, but with a more comprehensive assembly service for those items that require it. This costs £100.

Delivery will take between 5 - 10 working days for in-stock items.  For items that are available to order, the delivery timescales will be confirmed in the checkout. 

Deliveries to some remote postcodes are possible and carry an additional premium delivery charge. This will be charged in checkout, but please contact us if you have any questions. 

Please note that we do not offer free returns, so unless there is a fault with your item, then you will be required to cover the cost of returning it to us, or for us to collect the item.

Please be aware of the order cancellation policy attached to furniture products, and in particular, that items configured to your choice attract a 25% restocking fee.  In addition, it is very important to know that if it is not possible to gain access to the room of choice, with the product, then the cost of that failed delivery is met by the customer.  If an item in this instance is made to your specification, then the order cancellation policy also applies. 

You can choose to pay by finance on this product, enabling you to you spread the cost with either an Interest free option or an Interest bearing one. Once you add the product to your order, you can choose the “Apply for Finance" button, which is one of the payment options in the checkout. 

Interest Bearing Option

Choose this option if you want to spread your payments for up to 60 months!

• A minimum 10% deposit would be required
• You must take a minimum loan of £500.
• Then just choose the time period over which you want to pay the loan back.
• The monthly amount you need to pay, would be clearly demonstrated to you before you decide.

Interest Free Option

Choose this option if you want to avoid any interest charges on your loan amount.

• A minimum 20% deposit is required
• You must take a minimum loan of £500
• If you take a loan of between £500 and £1000, then you can only spread your payments over 12 months.
• If your loan is between £1000 and £2500, then you can choose to pay over 12 months OR 24 months
• If you borrow over £2500, then the payments can be spread to up to 36 months!
