Made using their innovative 6 Turn Reactive Pocket Spring System, the Orthocare Classic Mattress from Hypnos offers exceptional support night after night to leave you feeling well rested and ready for the day ahead. With natural layers of cotton and eOlus™ Fibre, these breathable fillings will help to regulate your body temperature, so you can stay cool during the summer and warm throughout winter.

• 6 Turn Reactive pocket spring system - The more active turns in a single continuous pocket spring the greater its ability to sense the exact comfort and support requirement of you and your partner. A single continuous pocket spring also creates a bellow-like effect that drives cool air around the mattress and facilitates greater hygiene. This extra breathability ensures better ventilation, helping to reduce moisture and maintain a comfortable body temperature for a healthy, relaxing and energising night’s sleep.
• eOlus ™ Sustainable Fibre - A sustainable raw material re-using discarded polymer-based bottles which helps conserve natural resources, decreases the use of landfill sites and reduces pollution. A unique vertically crimped design allowing air to pass through it easily, which actively helps to regulate body temperature. A breathable layer that reduces body temperature and moisture quicker than foam, yet with a similar soft feel and sponginess.
• Cotton Layer - Generous cotton layers with responsive properties that complement the spring unit are added to the mattress to help provide a comfortable feel. It is a soft breathable fibre, which helps to keep heat away from your body.
• Solotex - Provides a luxurious cushioning fibre that promotes airflow adding to the softness and will help with shape retention.
• Luxurious Unbleached Cotton and Linen cover - Cotton and linen are excellent at helping to keep you cool and dry offering you a more restful night's sleep.
• M-Pure Treated Cover - A pure and natural fire retardant is used on the cover, which is 100% sustainable, biodegradable and environmentally friendly. Instead of using the traditional chemical-based retardant, M-Pure uses natural Bio based ingredients instead, giving you a fresh and hygienic sleeping surface.
• Flag-stitched Handles - Handles on all sides for ease of positioning.
• Chrome Air Vents - Chrome finished vents to allow good air circulation, regulate temperature and keep the mattress fresh.
• 2 Rows of Side Stitching - Extends the sleeping area to the mattress edge by supporting the mattress walls.

• Platform Top - The base features a wooden top that is upholstered in fabric. This type of base will provide a supportive feel to the mattress.
• Firm Edge Sprung Base - This type of base contains springs in the top to help create a supportive feel that works in conjunction with the mattress. A sprung base can actually increase the life span of your mattress. It would be recommended for this mattress to be matched with a sprung divan base to provide a supremely luxurious feel.
• Hideaway - Hypnos have developed this platform top base that offers a unique hidden storage cavity which is elegantly concealed by an upholstered valance.
• Super Storage Ottoman - This is a platform top, end opening ottoman that offers the perfect solution to rooms which require additional storage.

Furniture/Two Person Delivery

A two-person delivery is required for furniture, appliances and items over 30kgs. This costs £35 to postcodes within our local store catchment (40 miles) and £60 to postcodes outside of our catchment. 

Our delivery service is a "white-glove" service, and we will deliver to your room of choice and take packaging away if required.

Delivery will take between 5 - 10 working days for in-stock items.  For items that are available to order, the delivery timescales will be confirmed in the checkout. 

Deliveries to some remote postcodes are possible, and carry an additional premium delivery charge. This will be charged in checkout, but please contact us if you have any questions. 

We also offer a basic furniture assembly service for most furniture items, the cost of this varies depending on the item requiring assembly and your location. Please contact us for more information.

Please note that we do not offer free returns, so unless there is a fault with your item, then you will be required to cover the cost of returning it to us, or for us to collect the item.

Please be aware of the order cancellation policy attached to furniture products, and in particular, that items configured to your choice attract a 25% restocking fee.  In addition, it is very important to know that if it is not possible to gain access to the room of choice, with the product, then the cost of that failed delivery is met by the customer.  If an item in this instance is made to your specification, then the order cancellation policy also applies. 

You can choose to pay by finance on this product, enabling you to you spread the cost with either an Interest free option or an Interest bearing one. Once you add the product to your order, you can choose the “Apply for Finance" button, which is one of the payment options in the checkout. 

Interest Bearing Option

Choose this option if you want to spread your payments for up to 60 months!

• A minimum 10% deposit would be required
• You must take a minimum loan of £500.
• Then just choose the time period over which you want to pay the loan back.
• The monthly amount you need to pay, would be clearly demonstrated to you before you decide.

Interest Free Option

Choose this option if you want to avoid any interest charges on your loan amount.

• A minimum 20% deposit is required
• You must take a minimum loan of £500
• If you take a loan of between £500 and £1000, then you can only spread your payments over 12 months.
• If your loan is between £1000 and £2500, then you can choose to pay over 12 months OR 24 months
• If you borrow over £2500, then the payments can be spread to up to 36 months!

One of the most appealing parts of divan bases is the extra storage they offer. Not only do you get a comfortable, solidly-built bed, but you get one, two or even four drawers in which you can store spare blankets, pillows or anything else you may like to tuck away.

We offer a range of different storage options; from 2 to 4 drawers, smaller continental sized drawers and even full or half ottomans, you’ll be spoilt for choice.

Check out our most common divan storage types below:

Ottoman base: Usually a full or half ottoman, ottoman bed bases lift to allow full use of the internal space of the bed. Half-ottoman bases can sometimes be combined with drawers depending on the supplier.

Full drawers: Fill the bedframe with up to 4 full sized drawers for a divided storage option with easy to access storage of small to medium sized items. 

Half/Conti drawers: Half drawers are usually used in a continental arrangement, which is 2 full drawers with 2 half drawers, to give maximum storage space while still allowing room for a bedside table. 

Hideaway™ (Available on Hypnos beds only): Hypnos have created the clever Hideaway™ storage option which allows you to use the whole of the underside of your divan for storing items, whilst concealing them behind beautifully upholstered deep valances, which cover the full height of the divan base.

These practical and flexible pleated valances provide an exquisite, tailored finish and attractive detailing, whilst ensuring easy access to stored items. This unique choice of hidden storage is available for beds larger than a single (90cm) and is ideal for the storage of heavier and larger-sized items like suitcases and boxes.

SuperStorage™ (Available on Hypnos beds only): The Hypnos SuperStorage™ Base provides the ultimate storage solution. Simply lift up the top of the bed base, which is hinged, allowing you to use the entire divan base for storage.

Strong hydraulic pistons assist the lifting of the bed base top (with the mattress still in situ) and provides easy access to the huge and flexible space within, for the storage of additional pillows and bed linen etc.
