A1 Cleveland Octagonal Summerhouse

The charming Cleveland Summerhouse is identical to the Alconbury but manufactured using high quality pine. 

The octagonal floor area provides plenty of internal space for any garden furniture. 

The summerhouse offers a choice of glazing styles including square leaded or clear glass, and also a Georgian design door and windows. 

Two window boxes are supplied as standard.

Upgrade for an additional cost to a slate effect roof.

Please note, all dimensions are nominal.

• Summerhouses have a mortice lock.
• Doors and windows are mortice and tennoned.
• Floor constructed using 16mm x 125mm Matchboard Tongue & Groove boarding.
• Sides are constructed using 16mm x 125mm Shiplap Tongue & Groove boarding.
• The roof is constructed of structural 11mm OSB.
• All side and roof framework smooth planed timber with rounded edges 38mm x 50mm.
• Building supplied with a floor.
• Floor joists spaced at no more than 300mm centres forming sturdy and strong base.
• Glazing supplied with horticultural glass to all windows and retained with glazing beads.
• Supplied pre-treated internally and externally with a factory base coat using a high-quality water-based anti-fungicide wood treatment in a light oak colour.
• Heavy duty poly mineral roofing felt is supplied with each building.
• Timber sourced from FSC or similar Approved Sources.

Delivery is FREE, and you will be contacted by the company when your order is ready to be delivered and installed. They will then agree a suitable day with you.  Please note that appropriate preparation would be necessary to ensure that it is possible to assemble and construct the product. The supplier will confirm the requirements. 

Please be aware that we do not offer free returns, so unless there is a fault with your item, then you will be required to cover the cost of returning it to us, or for us to collect the item
