Garden Furniture £10 for £100
How it works
- Earn a £10 voucher for every £100 you spend on Garden Furniture.
- For Online Garden Furniture orders, your unique voucher will be emailed to you after successful delivery of your Garden Furniture.
- For Garden Furniture orders in-store, you will be given a Gift card with the voucher amount pre-loaded, either when your order is delivered or at the time you take your products with you.
- You can choose to redeem these vouchers on future purchases in any of our Downtown Stores. Terms and conditions apply, read on for further details.
Terms and conditions for vouchers
General
1. A voucher to the value of £10 will be earned for every £100 spend on Garden Furniture, within the promotional period.
2. Wooden Garden Furniture does not contribute to the qualifying spend criteria.
3. Free vouchers will expire 3 months from the date of issue.
4. Staff and Shareholders of Downtown stores are not eligible to participate in the free voucher offer.
5. Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash or other vouchers and no change will be given.
6. The delivery charge does not contribute towards the qualifying promotional spend.
7. Vouchers cannot be used alongside Forces Discount.
Terms and conditions for voucher codes issued for online orders
1. Free vouchers can be used as part or full payment before the expiry date (3 months from the date of issue) at www.downtownstores.co.uk
2. Free vouchers will not be issued on purchases where free vouchers are being used as part or full payment.
3. Free vouchers cannot be used for payment of balances before delivery.
4. Free vouchers cannot be used as payment for:
a) Against the same purchase, or on further purchases of the same product.
b) To settle existing account balances or to pay orders already placed before the free vouchers were issued,
c) On interest-free transactions.
5. Free vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash or other vouchers and no change will be given. If an order on which free vouchers have been issued is cancelled, an amount equivalent to the face value of the free vouchers will be deducted from any refunds, unless the vouchers have not been used at which point it will be nullified.
6. Voucher codes will be issued to the email address given on the order. This voucher code must be used within 3 months of the issue date, or the voucher will expire.
7. To use the voucher online, add the voucher code to the checkout when prompted to do so.
8. Vouchers are linked to the email address they are issued to and can only be used by the email account holder on the Downtown website.
9. Vouchers online are one time use only. The whole voucher amount must be used on one transaction.
Terms and conditions for vouchers issued in-store
1. Free gift cards can be used as part or full payment before the expiry date (3 months from the date of issue) in Downtown stores in Grantham or Boston or the Downtown Grantham Garden Centre.
2. Free gift cards will not be issued on purchases where free gift cards are being used as part or full payment.
3. Free gift cards must be redeemed in-store and cannot be used for payment of balances before delivery.
