Introducing 'Palampore', an exuberant design based on a collection of remarkable chintz wall and bed hangings created in India for the European market, held in the V&A. A fascinating fabric with a rich history, the textile tradition began in the 17th century when the first pieces of chintz were brought home as a valuable trade commodity by Dutch and Portuguese traders and English spice merchants. The bright and colourfast hand-printed, mordant- and resist-dyed patterns as well as the incredible cotton fabric itself (which was new to the West) were instantly in demand for home furnishings, and later, for clothing. This duvet set is adorned with exquisite florals, echoing the charm, artistry and craftsmanship of India's chintz tradition, transporting you to a world of timeless elegance.

*Standard Delivery

Standard delivery is on those items that can be delivered by one person, and costs £5.95. This is free if you spend £60 or more. Delivery will take between 2 - 3  working days for in-stock items, and your item will be delivered by either DPD or Fedex. If you have any special delivery instructions, these can be left as notes during the checkout process. 

Please be aware that we do not offer free returns, so unless there is a fault with your item, then you will be required to cover the cost of returning it to us, or for us to collect the item.

Please note, remote UK postcodes and Northern Ireland deliveries are charged at a premium rate.

Next Day Delivery

Next working day delivery is available on selected items, that can be delivered by one person. The charge is £7.95. If the product qualifies for next day delivery, then the option will be available during the checkout process, and the order must be placed before 14:00 Monday - Friday.

Click & Collect In-Store

Click and Collect is free, and is available on most of our non-furniture items, although please note that some exceptions do apply. If the product qualifies, then the option will be offered during the checkout, after you have entered your billing details.
