*Standard Delivery

Standard delivery is on those items that can be delivered by one person, and costs £5.95. This is free if you spend £60 or more. Delivery will take between 2 - 3 working days for in-stock items, and your item will be delivered by either DPD or Fedex. If you have any special delivery instructions, these can be left as notes during the checkout process.

Please be aware that we do not offer free returns, so unless there is a fault with your item, then you will be required to cover the cost of returning it to us, or for us to collect the item.

Please note, remote UK postcodes and Northern Ireland deliveries are charged at a premium rate.

Next Day Delivery

Next working day delivery is available on selected items, that can be delivered by one person. The charge is £7.95. If the product qualifies for next day delivery, then the option will be available during the checkout process, and the order must be placed before 14:00 Monday - Friday.

Click & Collect In-Store

Click and Collect is free, and is available on most of our non-furniture items, although please note that some exceptions do apply. If the product qualifies, then the option will be offered during the checkout, after you have entered your billing details.

"I am absolutely delighted with this set of three mini reed-diffusers. I already have the Blackberry & Bramble and love the scent and the beautiful artwork - the glass & wood container is so classy and attractive that I will definitely keep it to re-use. The set of three I have just received from Downtown come in a handsome gift box and are beautifully made and presented. Again, for me, they are keepers and will be re-used. These discontinued versions of the Meg Hawkins range, with her artwork transferred onto the glass, are quality items and I hope to collect more before they are no longer available. The service from Downtown was also quality with email updates from themselves and their carrier Fed-ex at every stage. My order was delivered speedily and securely packaged. I can highly recommend Downtown and will use them again."
