Beneath the luxurious surface, a combination of responsive pocket springs and micro coils adapts to the contours of your body to provide targeted support. The individually responsive springing also helps to reduce the transfer of movement across the mattress – particularly useful when sharing your bed with a partner.

For added convenience, the Carnaby features a no-turn design, so there's no need to flip the mattress. Simply rotate it from head to toe regularly to help maintain its comfort and performance.

Important Information:

Pocket sprung mattresses should always be used on a suitable, supportive bed base. When used on a slatted bed frame, please ensure that the gaps between the slats do not exceed 75mm. An unsuitable or damaged base may affect the performance of your mattress and could invalidate the manufacturer's guarantee. Please check with us if you are unsure whether your existing bed base is suitable.

Mattress Delivery

A two-person delivery is required for mattresses. This costs £35. Our delivery service is a "white-glove service", and will be made to your room of choice.

Delivery will take between 5 - 10 working days for in-stock items.  For items that are not in stock but available to order, the delivery timescales will be confirmed in the checkout. 

Deliveries to some remote postcodes are possible, and carry an additional premium delivery charge. This will be charged in checkout, but please contact us if you have any questions. 

Please note that we do not offer free returns, so unless there is a fault with your item, then you will be required to cover the cost of returning it to us, or for us to collect the item. 

Please also be aware that if it is not possible to gain access to the room of choice, with the product, then the cost of that failed delivery is met by the customer. 

Click & Collect In-Store

Click and Collect is free, and is available on most of our non-furniture items, although please note that some exceptions do apply. If the product qualifies, then the option will be offered during the checkout, after you have entered your billing details. 

If you would like to collect furniture, then please do not hesitate to contact us and we will do our best to arrange this.

You can choose to pay by finance on this product, enabling you to you spread the cost with either an Interest free option or an Interest bearing one. Once you add the product to your order, you can choose the “Apply for Finance" button, which is one of the payment options in the checkout. 

Interest Bearing Option

Choose this option if you want to spread your payments for up to 60 months!

• A minimum 10% deposit would be required.
• The interest rate is 9.9% APR.
• Then just choose the time period over which you want to pay the loan back.
• The monthly amount you need to pay, would be clearly demonstrated to you before you decide.

Interest Free Option

Choose this option if you want to avoid any interest charges on your loan amount.

• A minimum 25% deposit is required.
• For a spend of £1,200-£1,799 you can spread your payments over 12 months.
• For a spend of £1,800-£2,399 you can spread your payments over 18 months.
• For a spend of £2,400-£2,999 you can spread your payments over 24 months.
• For a spend of £3,000-£3,599 you can spread your payments over 30 months.
• For a spend of £3,600+ you can spread your payments over 36 months.
