Coordinating fabrics within the Wallace collection also allow you to complement your chair with matching sofas and other pieces from the range.

“Chenille is a pile fabric which may acquire shade variations in use. This is a normal characteristic caused by flattening of the yarn, however this will not influence the quality or durability of the fabric in use. Regular light vacuuming or brushing with a soft brush will help maintain the surface appearance of the fabric.”

Furniture/Two Person Delivery

A two-person delivery is required for furniture, appliances and items over 30kgs. 

We offer different delivery options, depending on where your delivery address is. Local store delivery is within 40 miles of our stores and is our own fleet. Outside of this, we use partner carriers.

Standard Local Delivery is to room of choice only. This costs £45.

Premium Local Delivery is to room of choice, unpack, removal of packaging, and basic assembly (i.e. feet on sofas). This costs £69.

Standard National Delivery is to the front door only. This costs £45.

Premium National Delivery is delivery to room of choice, unpack and removal of packaging. This costs £69.

Premium+ National Delivery is everything you get with Premium, but with a more comprehensive assembly service for those items that require it. This costs £100.

Delivery will take between 5 - 10 working days for in-stock items.  For items that are available to order, the delivery timescales will be confirmed in the checkout. 

Deliveries to some remote postcodes are possible and carry an additional premium delivery charge. This will be charged in checkout, but please contact us if you have any questions. 

Please note that we do not offer free returns, so unless there is a fault with your item, then you will be required to cover the cost of returning it to us, or for us to collect the item.

Please be aware of the order cancellation policy attached to furniture products, and in particular, that items configured to your choice attract a 25% restocking fee.Note this fee also applies if you wish to change a made to order product. In addition, it is very important to know that if it is not possible to gain access to the room of choice, with the product, then the cost of that failed delivery is met by the customer.  If an item in this instance is made to your specification, then the order cancellation policy also applies. 

Click & Collect In-Store

Click and Collect is free, and is available on most of our non-furniture items, although please note that some exceptions do apply. If the product qualifies, then the option will be offered during the checkout, after you have entered your billing details. 

If you would like to collect furniture, then please do not hesitate to contact us and we will do our best to arrange this.

You can choose to pay by finance on this product, enabling you to you spread the cost with either an Interest free option or an Interest bearing one. Once you add the product to your order, you can choose the “Apply for Finance" button, which is one of the payment options in the checkout. 

Interest Bearing Option

Choose this option if you want to spread your payments for up to 60 months!

• A minimum 10% deposit would be required.
• The interest rate is 9.9% APR.
• Then just choose the time period over which you want to pay the loan back.
• The monthly amount you need to pay, would be clearly demonstrated to you before you decide.

Interest Free Option

Choose this option if you want to avoid any interest charges on your loan amount.

• A minimum 25% deposit is required.
• For a spend of £1,200-£1,799 you can spread your payments over 12 months.
• For a spend of £1,800-£2,399 you can spread your payments over 18 months.
• For a spend of £2,400-£2,999 you can spread your payments over 24 months.
• For a spend of £3,000-£3,599 you can spread your payments over 30 months.
• For a spend of £3,600+ you can spread your payments over 36 months.
