The uncoated stainless steel surface is very much doing the heavy lifting here. It’s designed for proper heat work, high temperatures, browning, reducing, and all those moments where flavour comes from direct contact with the pan. There’s no coating to baby or eventually wear out, just a durable cooking surface that’s made to last and handle more intense use over time.

Because of the deeper, curved sides, heat behaves slightly differently compared to a flat frying pan. Ingredients tend to stay together more naturally, liquids reduce more evenly, and you get less splatter. It sounds like a small thing, but it changes how relaxed the cooking feels.

The base is built for even heat distribution too, which really matters at this size. A 28cm surface can easily develop hot spots if it’s not well engineered, but here it stays steady, which helps everything cook at the same pace rather than in patches.

Standard delivery is on those items that can be delivered by one person, and costs £5.95. This is free if you spend £60 or more. Delivery will take between 2 - 3  working days for in-stock items, and your item will be delivered by either DPD or Fedex. If you have any special delivery instructions, these can be left as notes during the checkout process. 

Please be aware that we do not offer free returns, so unless there is a fault with your item, then you will be required to cover the cost of returning it to us, or for us to collect the item.

Please note, remote UK postcodes and Northern Ireland deliveries are charged at a premium rate.

Next Day Delivery

Next working day delivery is available on selected items, that can be delivered by one person. The charge is £7.95. If the product qualifies for next day delivery, then the option will be available during the checkout process, and the order must be placed before 14:00 Monday - Friday.

Click & Collect In-Store

Click and Collect is free, and is available on most of our non-furniture items, although please note that some exceptions do apply. If the product qualifies, then the option will be offered during the checkout, after you have entered your billing details.
