Please note that pocket sprung mattresses must not be used with a base for which they are not designed. Slats on a bed frame should be no more than 70mm apart, to ensure the mattress receives adequate support. Failure to use an adequate base could invalidate the warranty from the manufacturer. Please check with us for more details.
Mattress Delivery
A two-person delivery is required for mattresses. This costs £35. Our delivery service is a "white-glove service", and will be made to your room of choice.
Delivery will take between 5 - 10 working days for in-stock items. For items that are not in stock but available to order, the delivery timescales will be confirmed in the checkout.
Deliveries to some remote postcodes are possible, and carry an additional premium delivery charge. This will be charged in checkout, but please contact us if you have any questions.
Please note that we do not offer free returns, so unless there is a fault with your item, then you will be required to cover the cost of returning it to us, or for us to collect the item.
Please also be aware that if it is not possible to gain access to the room of choice, with the product, then the cost of that failed delivery is met by the customer.
Click & Collect In-Store
Click and Collect is free, and is available on most of our non-furniture items, although please note that some exceptions do apply. If the product qualifies, then the option will be offered during the checkout, after you have entered your billing details.
If you would like to collect furniture, then please do not hesitate to contact us and we will do our best to arrange this.
You can choose to pay by finance on this product, enabling you to you spread the cost with either an Interest free option or an Interest bearing one. Once you add the product to your order, you can choose the “Apply for Finance" button, which is one of the payment options in the checkout.

Remember to keep your proof of purchase, as this may be required if you need to make a claim.
The guarantee provides protection against manufacturing faults, faulty workmanship and material defects, subject to Silentnight's terms and conditions.
It does not cover general wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse or damage resulting from incorrect care or use.
The Lifetime Product Guarantee is provided in addition to Silentnight's existing 5 or 10-year manufacturer's guarantee.
Following the standard manufacturer's guarantee period, eligible claims may be settled through a contribution towards a replacement product, with the amount dependent on the age of the original product.
The guarantee applies to eligible products purchased from authorised Silentnight retailers for domestic use only. Registration is required within 3 months of purchase, and the guarantee is non-transferable.
The guarantee is subject to Silentnight's full terms and conditions and does not affect your statutory consumer rights.
