The Jay-Be Crown Windermere with waterproof deep sprung mattress is specifically designed for use in Hospitals, Nursing home and other contract environments. The deep sprung mattress is tailored in a highly durable, breathable, antimicrobial, urea and water-proof fabric. Resting on our unique Jay-Be J-Tex sprung base system it offers the perfect combination of durability and full body support.
Suitable for the extra demands of contract use its robust, easy to wipe clean steel frame, sits on heavy duty 360° degree castors whilst its fully automatic leg mechanism makes it easy to open and close in seconds. An oak effect headboard secures the pillow and the foot end helps keep the mattress in place for an undisturbed night's sleep.
For optimum comfort and evenly distributed full body support, the deep sprung core mattress rests on our exclusive J-Tex sprung base system. Suspended using high-tension springs, it has been specially engineered to be stretch resistant and extremely strong. Independently tested, it has been proven to perform as well as regular permanent beds offering long term durability.

Furniture/Two Person Delivery
A two-person delivery is required for furniture, appliances and items over 30kgs.
We offer different delivery options, depending on where your delivery address is. Local store delivery is within 40 miles of our stores and is our own fleet. Outside of this, we use partner carriers.
Standard Local Delivery is to room of choice only. This costs £45.
Premium Local Delivery is to room of choice, unpack, removal of packaging, and basic assembly (i.e. feet on sofas). This costs £69.
Standard National Delivery is to the front door only. This costs £45.
Premium National Delivery is delivery to room of choice, unpack and removal of packaging. This costs £69.
Premium+ National Delivery is everything you get with Premium, but with a more comprehensive assembly service for those items that require it. This costs £100.
If you would like to collect Furniture from our warehouse at NG32 2AB, please contact us.
Delivery will take between 5 - 10 working days for in-stock items. For items that are available to order, the delivery timescales will be confirmed in the checkout.
Deliveries to some remote postcodes are possible and carry an additional premium delivery charge. This will be charged in checkout, but please contact us if you have any questions.
Please note that we do not offer free returns, so unless there is a fault with your item, then you will be required to cover the cost of returning it to us, or for us to collect the item.
Please be aware of the order cancellation policy attached to furniture products, and in particular, that items configured to your choice attract a 25% restocking fee.Note this fee also applies if you wish to change a made to order product. In addition, it is very important to know that if it is not possible to gain access to the room of choice, with the product, then the cost of that failed delivery is met by the customer. If an item in this instance is made to your specification, then the order cancellation policy also applies.
Click & Collect In-Store
Click and Collect is free, and is available on most of our non-furniture items, although please note that some exceptions do apply. If the product qualifies, then the option will be offered during the checkout, after you have entered your billing details.
