Ercol Originals Windsor Dining Chair Product Description

This Quaker armchair encompasses a tall u-shaped, bent wood seat back as well six turned spindles and supportive armrests.

Not only does it provide a comfortable sit but it looks beautiful too. The design exudes elegance with its clean lines and soft curved edges, the ideal addition to your dining table.

The chair bow is steam bent from a single straight ash rail into this amazingly tight radius bend and then sanded and shaped to give its subtle and elegant profile. Traditional wedge joints, where the legs come right through the seat and a wedge is then inserted into a cut, before the leg stump is hand sanded flush with the seat, both provide a lovely design detail and a very strong joint. Further strength is provided by the H-underframe.

This Quaker carver chair will be finished in your choice from a range of paint colours that both protects the timber, whilst enabling you to choose the look to match your style and decor.

Furniture/Two Person Delivery

A two-person delivery is required for furniture, appliances and items over 30kgs. 

We offer different delivery options, depending on where your delivery address is. Local store delivery is within 40 miles of our stores and is our own fleet. Outside of this, we use partner carriers.

Standard Local Delivery is to room of choice only. This costs £45.

Premium Local Delivery is to room of choice, unpack, removal of packaging, and basic assembly (i.e. feet on sofas). This costs £69.

Standard National Delivery is to the front door only. This costs £45.

Premium National Delivery is delivery to room of choice, unpack and removal of packaging. This costs £69.

Premium+ National Delivery is everything you get with Premium, but with a more comprehensive assembly service for those items that require it. This costs £100.

If you would like to collect Furniture from our warehouse at NG32 2AB, please contact us.

Delivery will take between 5 - 10 working days for in-stock items.  For items that are available to order, the delivery timescales will be confirmed in the checkout. 

Deliveries to some remote postcodes are possible and carry an additional premium delivery charge. This will be charged in checkout, but please contact us if you have any questions. 

Please note that we do not offer free returns, so unless there is a fault with your item, then you will be required to cover the cost of returning it to us, or for us to collect the item.

Please be aware of the order cancellation policy attached to furniture products, and in particular, that items configured to your choice attract a 25% restocking fee.Note this fee also applies if you wish to change a made to order product. In addition, it is very important to know that if it is not possible to gain access to the room of choice, with the product, then the cost of that failed delivery is met by the customer.  If an item in this instance is made to your specification, then the order cancellation policy also applies. 

Click & Collect In-Store

Click and Collect is free, and is available on most of our non-furniture items, although please note that some exceptions do apply. If the product qualifies, then the option will be offered during the checkout, after you have entered your billing details.
